mail.spamcop.net server certificate expired?

I went to http://www.spamcop.net/ ,
then "Learn More" ( http://www.spamcop.net/ces/individuals.shtml ),
then "Sign up for SpamCop Email" (
http://www.spamcop.net/ces/account_new.shtml ),
then clicked on "submit", then on "paypal click here to pay,"
It then told me that mail.spamcop.net had a certificate that expired
on 2/18/2006,
(today is 2/24/2006).

The actual link is https://mail.spamcop.net/paycomplete.php . I have
notified JT.
