spam in my inbox not being tested for spam

I've had a couple that have not been checked for spam that end up not
being blocked. What's up?

Ignore the GNet headers as I've got my gorgenet spamblocker turned off.

That one was checked, and SpamAssassin didn't find anything bad. I
guess they decided not to screen "Online Pharmacy" and "no prescription
is needed". :(

The source 69.179.181.41 is listed by sorbs, but only as dynamic, and by
the SCBL.
