Which blacklists work best?

I'm toying around with the SC Email blacklists, trying to find which ones
work the best. Even with Spamassassin set at 1, I still get some spam
slipping past the filter. I don't want to go overkill and select every
single BL available...or do I?

I don't have any trouble with all the blacklists selected.
