Where is an appropriate newsgroup for questions on spam?

First off, if this is the wrong newsgroup for posting questions, I
apologize, but there doesn't seem to be much info about what can be
discussed in the various groups on the mailserver.

Somehow, BigPond's mail server is sending me spam emails, although I'm not
exactly sure how they're getting to me and bypassing the requirement to get
the user receive name (the part before the @ symbol) right.

Here's one such spam email - Notice how it doesn't appear to have my real
address anywhere in it.

The spammer probably placed your address in a Bcc header.

The main newsgroup (spamcop) is more appropriate for this question,
since it's not specific to Spamcop email accounts. I'm Cc-ing and
setting followup to that newsgroup.

Posting headers is ok in any of the newsgroups, but if you need to post
a complete spam, you should do so only in spamcop.spam, and then post a
message with the same title in one of the other groups, mentioning that
the spam is posted in spamcop.spam.

In this case, posting the complete spam wasn't really necessary. For
that matter, posting the complete spam is rarely needed anymore, since
the tracking system now stores the complete spam, and posting a tracking
URL is adequate.
